The city of Rheinberg is located in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia in the north-east of the region Ruhrregiet. Already in 1003, the area was already mentioned from trading posts. Accordingly, the cityscape is still characterized by many historic buildings today. The city consists mostly of residential areas and local economy, medium-sized industry and the local location of the Amazon Group, the largest logistics location in Europe.
