Sebnitz is a nationally recognized resort on the edge of the Saxon Switzerland National Park. The city is also called the "city of silk flowers" named due to the strongly represented Weber craft since the 16th century, that got good reputation mainly through its production of artificial flowers. Especially for hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers, the city has much to offer. At the annual joint hiking young and old can experience together the beautiful surroundings of the Saxon Switzerland.
