The municipality of Stelle is a village with about 11,080 inhabitants and consists of the localities of Stelle, Ashausen, Fliegenberg and Rosenweide. Ashausen and Stelle have connection to the metronome, so that surrounding cities (Lüneburg, Hamburg) are easy to reach. There are plenty of children's playgrounds, as well as primary schools and the Oberschule am Buchwedel (without highschool). Daily care (also medical) is ensured.
